2. Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds in the following situations:

✓Service Not Delivered: If we fail to start delivery within 72 hours of order confirmation
✓Incomplete Order: If we deliver less than 80% of the ordered quantity
✓Technical Issues: If there's a problem on our end preventing service delivery

No Refunds In These Cases

✗Service has already started or been completed
✗Your Instagram account was private, deleted, or banned during delivery
✗You changed your Instagram username without notifying us
✗Natural engagement fluctuations after delivery completion
✗You simply changed your mind after ordering

Refund Request Process: To request a refund, email us at farouk.kandil@kandilglass.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
