When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to start delivery within 72 hours of order confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Incomplete Order: If we deliver less than 80% of the ordered quantity without valid technical reasons, a refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.
  • Technical Issues: If there's a technical problem on our end that prevents service delivery, we will offer a refund or service replacement.
  • Account Verification Issues: If your Instagram account details were incorrect due to our verification error, we will refund or redeliver the service.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Service Already Started: Once delivery has begun, refunds are not available. We deliver gradually, so you can cancel before delivery starts to be eligible for a refund.
  • Account Restrictions: If your Instagram account is private, deleted, suspended, or banned during service delivery, we cannot complete the service and refunds may not be issued unless it's due to our error.
  • User Error: If you provided incorrect Instagram username information or changed your username without notifying us, refunds are not available.
  • Natural Fluctuations: Any natural engagement fluctuations after delivery completion are not grounds for refunds. Engagement naturally varies on social media platforms.
  • Changed Mind: If you simply changed your mind or are dissatisfied with the type of service, refunds are not available. (Consider trying a different service instead)
  • Third-Party Actions: If Instagram takes action against your account (suspensions, bans, etc.) after we've delivered the service, we cannot be held responsible and refunds are not available.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you order the same service multiple times simultaneously from our platform or other providers, refunds will not be issued.

Service Delivery & Timing

Our services are delivered gradually to maintain account safety. This means:

  • Delivery typically takes 24-48 hours to initiate
  • Full delivery may take several days depending on package size
  • If you wish to cancel before delivery starts, contact us immediately

Instagram Account Requirements

To be eligible for services and refunds:

  • Your account must be public
  • Your account must remain active during delivery
  • You cannot change your username mid-delivery
  • You must maintain the same account throughout the process

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunded to your original card within 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Service Credit: You may request store credit instead of a cash refund

Processing times depend on your financial institution. Some banks may take longer to reflect refunds.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund decision is incorrect:
